Our Team
The Sierra Team Led by founder Antonio Sierra’s 15 years of experience, the team combines family values with expert craftsmanship. While Mateo ensures structural integrity through precision framing, Julián and Rafael bring outdoor spaces and interiors to life with custom decks, fencing, and refined finishes. With Diego managing timelines and client communication, the entire family works in unison to deliver projects built on quality, trust, and care.
